Ted joined Kenyon Group in 2002 and currently runs our west coast office. He became proficient in business creation, divestitures, and acquisitions during his 12 years at Wells Fargo & Company. His experience at Wells proved invaluable to the next phase of his career: entrepreneurship. Ted was the founding CFO and Marketing Manager of a company selling high tech products, acquired by Moog, Inc. He was CFO of an IT consulting firm that was acquired by Cambridge Technology Partners and was President of an Internet startup that he sold to a leading software company. Ted's hands-on experience in the challenges of building and selling successful businesses has made him uniquely qualified for his role at Kenyon.

Ted has a BS in Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Don has stepped back from the business to enjoy retirement but still provides strategic advice and insight to the firm and our clients.

As founder of Kenyon Group, Don has been representing buyers and sellers in middle-market and business opportunity transactions since 2001. He has also started and owned his own businesses. Don was an executive with Wrather Corporation for 15 years, where he was responsible for the planning and development of the Disneyland Hotel complex in Anaheim, CA, and the Queen Mary/Spruce Goose project in Long Beach. He also served as President of two of Wrather’s operating subsidiaries. Before founding Kenyon, he was Managing Director of Oxford Mergers and Acquisitions, Inc., an investment banking firm in Newport Beach, CA.

Don has a BA in Economics from Stanford University, an MBA from University of California, Los Angeles, and holds a Broker’s License issued by the California Department of Real Estate.
